Stir-fried warm salad with wakame, broccoli, tomatoes, chili and peanuts garnished with a dash of kewpie mayo.

BLACKENED RIBS Á LA SAMURAI
Delicious soy-caramel glazed pork ribs, black rice vinegar and togarashi.

CHICKEN ‘KATSU PARTY’ & PONZU
Crispy chicken, baby gem lettuce, yamitsuki cucumbers, togarashi mayo, Ponzu sauce and kimchi.

OLD BANANA
Caramelized bananas cooked in vacuum for 14 hours served with peanuts, Matcha-yogurt sorbet and coconut caramel.

VEAL HOT POT
Tender-braised veal cheek in a spicy ‘hotpot’ broth, kimchi and kimchi mayo. Served with Masu’s rice.

ASIAN CARROT CAKE
Carrot cake spiced up with lemongrass, ginger, lime and thai basil, served with cilantro sorbet.

ASIAN CARROT CAKE
Carrot cake spiced up with lemongrass, ginger, lime and thai basil, served with cilantro sorbet.

Traditional Japanese miso soup with tofu, wakame and sesame seeds.

WAKAME UMAMI BROCCOLI 11 €
Stir-fried warm salad with wakame, broccoli, tomatoes, chili and peanuts garnished with a dash of kewpie mayo.

BEEF TARTAR 13 €
Funkily seasoned beed tartar on a puffed crab biscuit with some yamitsuki cucumbers on the side.

SALMON TARTAR 13 €
Masu’s style spicy salmon tartar, kewpie mayo, marinated red onions, roe and umami-like lime teriyaki broccoli.

AVOCADO TARTAR 12 €
Tartar made from avocados and edamame beans seasoned with chili and cilantro. Served on a shiso leaf.

SHRIMPS & THAI BASIL 13 €
Hand-peeled shrimps poached in coconut cream, lemongrass, thai basil, cilantro, lime and ginger.

SEA SCALLOP 14 €
Two fried scallops served from their own shells, along with mussel broth and herbs.

Roasted whitefish on smoked rice with a bit of togarashi mayo.

MASU’S STYLE SASHIMI 15 €
Sliced salmon, whitefish and scallop. Roe, radish and soy sauce seasoned with some dijon mustard.

CHIRASHY 14,50 €
Sushi ’pizza’, tempered nori and rice are stir-fried until crispy and then it’s filled with Masu’s spicy salmon tartar and herbs. YUMMY!
